Dear Richland Staff,
I’m not sure if you will remember, but on Tuesday, July 3rd, I brought in a small kitten, which had been abandoned and was in very poor condition. I was so hoping the kitten would live, being my male dachshund had seemed to take it over as his baby. But unfortunately, his little body was too weak and he passed away during the night. Although the kitten didn’t survive I just wanted to send a “Thanks” for trying to help him and for giving me advice on trying to help him as well.

We are new to the clinic. We did not have a scheduled appointment, but we were greeted warmly and NOT made to feel as if we were messing up the day’s schedule.

No one knew us there; it was our first visit. Every single tech from the back stopped and talked and touched my old, lumpy beagle. Molly loved it!

You know, it’s easier to give people your money when they are NICE to you! We are relatively new to SC, so I can tell you there are a couple of vet clinics in this area who need to LEARN your “bedside manners”. Thanks for the TERRIFIC care and we’ll be back!
